Here’s your weekly recap—the most viewed news stories on our site for the week ended May 28, 2022.

Thorne HealthTech, a leader in developing innovative solutions for a personalized approach to health and well-being, relaunched its Gut Health Test with the inclusion of its patent-pending Microbiome Wipe, a first-to-market approach to microbiome testing. Thorne’s Microbiome Wipe revolutionizes the user experience of microbiome testing by eliminating inconvenient stool sampling that often leads users to either postpone the test or not take it at all.

In other news, reports are surfacing that Kimberly-Clark Corp is planning to sell its tissue paper assets in Brazil and Latin America. Local newspaper Valor Economico reported last week that the company is in talks with JPMorgan to reassess its business in the region.

Though a price tag has yet to be decided, market estimates suggest Kimberly-Clark’s assets are valued at between $800 million and $1 billion as a whole, with Brazil accounting for about $200 million, Valor said.
